What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.
The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length,
separated by short breaks.
How to Use This App
- Choose a task you want to work on
- Set the timer (Focus mode)
- Work on the task until the timer rings
- Take a short break (5 minutes)
- After completing four "Pomodoros," take a longer break (10-15 minutes)
